In the January-June period of 2024, Turkey exported ready-made clothing and apparel worth $8.7 billion, with baby clothing accounting for 1.2% ($107 million). Ranked ninth among the world's leading exporters of baby clothing, Turkey's largest market was Spain.
Turkey exported $18 million worth of baby clothing to Spain in the first six months of 2024, followed by Germany with $11 million and the UK with $9 million.
The most exported baby clothing product from Turkey was cotton knitted clothing and accessories for babies. These products generated $66.3 million in exports during the first six months of the year.
