The company established as SOYLEMEZ CORAP INDUSTRY & TRADE on the late 60s in Istanbul – Çemberlitaş by Orhan SÖYLEMEZ and the DORE trademark was launched very successfuly in Domestic Market in beggining of 80s.
In 1988, The workshop is moved to 3.000 square meters building in Güneşli - İstanbul in order to enlarge the production. Towards the end of the 90s, with the new investments, the Company increased its capacity and product range and go forward in domestic and international markets.
In 1998, with following the developments in the markets, RO-YAL CORAP TEXTILE INDUSTRY TIC. LTD. STI. was established by Mehmet Lütfü SÖYLEMEZ in İstanbul - Güneşli. The company started to produce fine hosiery for women, girl and baby girl products.
In 2008, RO-YAL CORAP, which recently moved its hosiery production line to its factory which is established in Kırklareli Organized Industrial Zone with a total area of 20 thousand square meters, stands out today with its superior quality and wide product range with different features. RO-YAL CORAP, which continues its production with the brand DORE without compromising its quality for 50 years with its fast and latest automation technology in yarn, knitting, sewing, dyeing, printing, boarding/packing departments within its structure, offers 55% of its production to the domestic market and 45% of them are exported.
In 2018, RO-YAL CORAP invests in machinery to increase its production capacity. It increases its production capacity by approximately 15-20% every year.
Now in 2023 it has 1.250.000 Dozens yearly production capacity with no show socks, ankle-highs, knee-highs, hold-ups, tights & leggings. Apart from these, it produces various products such as fish-net fabrics and filter socks for use in various sectors.

• Knitting: There are 4” and 240, 280, 340,400 needle machines with fully automatic flat and patterned knitting capability.
• Sewing: Automatic toe and pantyhose sewing machines, automatic net cutting and attaching machines, sewing machines of different capabilities are available.
• Dying: 100 kg, 50 kg, 30 kg, 10 kg automatic dying boilers in different capacities as well as 1 Kg. sample boilers are available.
• Printing: EPSON brand digital printing and hot press machines are available.
• Boarding/Packing: Full and semi-form automatic boarding and packaging machines are available.
• Quality Control: Each department has its own internal and cross-section quality control system.
• Recycling: Yarn, fabric waste, cardboard/paper and nylon wastes are recycling. Biological and chemical waste water treatment is available.
